New Dev Diary and screenshots

Thanks, BadCRC (again), first off, a new dev diary has been knocked together and posted up online at the Official Elder Scrolls website, this time by Steve Miester - Programmer of Bethesda Softworks, covering in-depth info and detail about the combat in TES4: Oblivion, and the NPC "Radiant" AI regarding combat in 2 page glory. Check it out.
